We are a network of consultants and coaches focused on organisational and leadership development, led by James Orrell.
Our people bring different skills and experience to the table. We’re inspired and spurred on by each other, constantly learning new ways and garnering new insights.
This diversity of approaches to organisational development keeps us fresh and on our toes. We didn’t all graduate from the same business school and spend years teaching together. We’re insightful individuals who think differently. Which means that we don’t serve up cookie-cutter solutions.
What’s more, each consultant in the Orrell Consulting network has a network of their own. Who has a network of their own, and so on. This creates an outward ripple of invaluable expertise, experience and excellence, with us sitting at its epicentre.PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR A CONSULTATION
Meet our consultants
We can work individually or in small teams, mixing and matching our palette of backgrounds and skills. This means we’re perfectly placed to partner with the people who know your organisation best — you and your people. Together, we can consider organisational conundrums from all angles.
